All orders are processed within the following timeframes:

  • Ready-made clothing: 1–3 business days
  • Custom-made / Made-to-order outfits: 7–20 business days (depending on design complexity)

Orders are not processed on Sundays and national holidays.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Domestic (India): 3–8 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days, depending on country

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges
  • Within India: Shipping charges apply based on order value and location.
  • International: Charges depend on destination, weight, and courier service.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email or WhatsApp message with a tracking number and courier details.

  • You can track the shipment status directly on the courier’s website.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect.
6. Delivery Attempts

The courier partner will make multiple delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the package:

  • The courier may contact you by phone or SMS.
  • The parcel may be returned to us after failed attempts.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply for returned orders.
7. International Deliveries
  • Custom duties, taxes, or import charges (if any) must be paid by the customer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
  • Custom-made outfits shipped worldwide are non-returnable.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect address
  • Lost parcels due to incomplete shipping details
  • Re-shipping fees for orders returned because of address issues
9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your parcel appears damaged or tampered upon delivery:

  • Refuse to accept the package immediately.
  • Take photos/videos as proof.
  • Contact us within 48 hours for quick assistance.

We will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue depending on the situation.and without any charges

10. Custom Made-to-Order Shipping

Custom-made garments require additional tailoring and quality-check time. We ensure:

  • Careful packaging for international and domestic orders
  • Safe transit with trusted courier partners
  • Timely updates during production and dispatch
11. Return Shipping

Return shipping guidelines are explained in our Refund & Return Policy. For eligible returns:

  • Domestic customers may receive pickup support depending on location.
  • International customers must ship items at their own cost unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
