All fees are set forth in the Fee Schedule. All fees will be assessed in the currency of the payment. Additional information about our fees is available in the Fees Policy. Your account and all transactions are made and displayed in INR unless otherwise specified and may be subject to exchange rates. All fees related to the Service, are made free and clear of, and without any deduction or withholding for and on account of, any taxes, duties or other deductions. Any such deduction or withholding, if required by the laws of any country, shall be on your account and be borne by you.

Your Information and Restricted Activities

Definition

Legal Disputes

In the event a dispute arises between you and Exact Couture, our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. Accordingly, you and Exact Couture agree that any controversy or claim at law or equity that arises out of this Agreement Exact Couture services (“Claims”) shall be resolved in accordance with one of the subsections below, or as otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing by the parties. Before resorting to these alternatives, Exact Couture strongly encourages users first to contact Exact Couture. We directly to seek a resolution.
