1. Types of Information Collected
Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and cookies used to improve the shopping experience.

Payment Details: Note that payments are usually handled by secure third-party gateways (like Razorpay or Pay U India) and that we do not store full card details.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We share non-personally identifiable information with Google Analytics to improve our website’s load time, conversion rate and to check browser type, language preference, referring site and time of visit.
When you subscribe for the Services, we share personal identifiable information (Name, email, account name, IP address) with Google Analytics, Lucky Orange and Meta (formerly Facebook) so that we can learn how you use the Services, provide you support and communicate with you. We use Third party support for customer relationship and messaging system.
System Communication & Transactional Emails- We use some third party plugins for communication. The emails we send from the Services uses such third party infrastructure and we share your name and email address with them to send out the emails. Payment – We use Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, Paypal as our payment processor and pass on your Personal Information to them when you decide to upgrade your Services account so that this information can be used to prepare invoices. We do not store any of your financial instrument information on our website or our servers – more specifically, credit / debit card details, UPI, banking accounts or any other payment method information.

4. User Rights and Control
Indian law mandates that you provide users with certain rights:

6. Consent and Opt-Out
Consent is no longer just a checkbox; it must be free, specific, informed, and unambiguous.
- Affirmative Action: We did not use pre-ticked boxes. A user must actively click or toggle to agree.
- Granularity: Do not bundle everything into one “I Agree.” Users should be able to consent to “Order Processing” (mandatory) while opting out of “Marketing Emails” (optional).
- Withdrawal (Easy-Out): The law requires that withdrawing consent must be as easy as giving it. If a user can opt-in with one click, they must be able to opt-out via their profile or a single link without having to email support.
- Consequence of Withdrawal: If a user withdraws consent for non-essential data (like style preferences), We cannot stop providing the core service (selling them a dress).
7. Disclosure to Third Parties
- Purpose Limitation: Third parties can only use the data for the specific reason it was shared. For example, your delivery partner cannot use a customer’s phone number for their own separate marketing.
- Trusted Partners: Common third-party disclosures for a dress website include:

- Cloud Hosting: Servers where your website data is stored (e.g., AWS).
